What was the driving force that led you to hire a Virtual Assistant?
I was feeling overwhelmed and burdened by billing. It was taking more and more of my time to track down answers, and eating into my free time.
How has hiring a mental health virtual assistant helped your practice?
It has taken my least favorite part of running a practice off my plate. I trust my virtual assistant, Norlisha, is carrying out all our billing and keeping an eye out for any issues. It has also increased what we collect.
Why did you choose to work with Sarita Turner Mental Health Virtual Assistance?
I had interviewed multiple agencies and individuals. I had worked with one agency and one non-agency
affiliated individual prior to working with Sarita. They were not nightmares, but they were not good
experiences (poor communication, things falling through the cracks, cannot trust things are being
completed). I started working with Sarita Turner Mental Health Virtual Assistance based on a referral from a business coach. Speaking with Sarita, it was clear she had strong experience working with mental health practices, was a clear communicator, and had solid actionable plans. I decided to work with Sarita and I am so happy I did. We have had an incredible experience with our virtual assistant, Norlisha.
What is your favorite new thing you can do with your newfound free time after hiring your VA?
My favorite new thing has been more free time to do whatever I want! It has also enabled us to be able to bring additional practitioners onto our group practice. Knowing our virtual assistant had billing covered meant that I had time and energy to add new practitioners.
How would you describe your assistant?
Norlisha is timely, trustworthy, thoughtful, kind, a clear communicator, and great at billing. She is able to meet all of our billing needs as well as provide additional context and information. She is able to keep her eye on multiple things and has often caught small issues/errors and brought to my attention before they can grow into bigger problems. It is so great to have a billing specialist I can trust and depend on.
Is there anything else you’d like to share?
It’s been thoroughly wonderful working with your group. So glad we got to have a different experience than our first trials with virtual assistants. I will keep singing your praises and referring colleagues to your group!
