I wanted assistance with practice transitions, and, after understanding how Sarita hires VAs, I knew their expertise would be a perfect fit with my needs. Additionally, I wanted to focus my time on patient care rather than administrative tasks.
How has hiring a mental health virtual assistant helped your practice?
In so many ways! Both my admin VA and my billing VA have helped my practice transition to electronic records and billing, and they managed to both onboard new patients while transitioning current patients to electronic records seamlessly. Additionally, prospective patients are communicated with timely and thoroughly, rather than having to work around my patient schedule for return calls.

Kelsye, my administrative VA, is friendly, knowledgeable, and fantastic with patients. Norlisha, my behind-the-scenes billing assistant, has knowledge that I am in awe of daily. She is prompt and incredibly competent, was vital to my success with practice transitions, and I cannot speak highly enough of her. Kelsye and Norlisha work together when needed flawlessly, and keep me in the loop as needed. I have been able to focus my time on clinical efforts, to both increase patient care and income (after all, it is a business!).

I came across Sarita’s website and was very impressed with how her business was set up- in fact, wondering if it was too good to be true and if it could actually deliver. Without hesitation, she absolutely delivered! From our initial meeting where she shared her knowledge and listened to my practice needs, to selecting virtual and billing assistants for me to interview, to the ongoing assistance that has been provided- my experience has been wonderful. Sarita has provided a lot of guidance and practice suggestions as I transitioned to both a solo practice and completely updated to electronic systems. She frequently checks in with me to make sure I am satisfied and offers continued assistance and training to my VAs to ensure they are proactive, rather than reactive, to practice procedures.
