What type of background do you have in this industry?
I’ve worked for over 18 years in the field of Physician Revenue Cycle Management. Although new to mental health billing, I earned my BS in Psychology and MA in Adult Learning and Development from Northwestern State University at Louisiana. I’m blessed to be able to apply the skills and knowledge I’ve gained over the years for such a meaningful role.
What is your favorite task about your job and why?
I enjoy assisting mental health providers in increasing their revenue while getting back some of their much
needed time.
What are three words you would use to describe yourself?
Analytical, Corny, Compassionate
What is your favorite thing about being a virtual assistant?
I love the flexibility of being able to work at odd hours and in my favorite PJs!
What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?
I’d definitely become a writer.
If you were stuck on a deserted island and could only bring 3 things, what would they be?
Chapstick, my Bible, and a water bottle.
Describe your life outside of work (hobbies, activities, etc).
Writing, beaching, beauty product reviews, sipping coffee, and looking up all sorts of silly stuff on Google.
What was your greatest vacation?
